My favorite subject to sing about … L-O-V-E ! ! ! ! ! ! ! I sing this one around my home from time to time, serenading my wife with sweet affections. I tell her that I’m the luckiest! Most of the time, we’re in different parts of our home so I’m usually singing from the top of my lungs! LOL! Of course, the occasional times that I turn the corner and find my wife staring at me with the look that screams, “I’m right here!” makes me sing it even louder, as I whisk her into my arms to give her a hearty kisssssss! XOXOXOX That surely does not happen often enough! ;D
From Wikipedia: "L-O-V-E" is a jazz song written by Bert Kaempfert and Milt Gabler for American singer-pianist Nat King Cole's 1965 album L-O-V-E (the last album released before Cole's death on February 15, 1965). The song had already been an instrumental track on Kaempfert's Blue Midnight album in 1964. Nat King Cole also recorded L-O-V-E in Italian, French, German and Japanese.
